Pregnancy Pilates
At VK Pilates and Wellness I run 6 week courses for mums to be. This allows you to exercise, but knowing that you are exercising in a safe way. The courses are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and are a great way to keep fit, prepare your body for labour and also meet other expectant mums.


Mummy and Me Pilates
If you have recently had a baby and are looking to rebuild your fitness levels in a safe and effective way and want to meet other new mums, then this relaxed class is perfect. You can attend with your baby, so there is no need to worry about childcare. You are welcome to feed, change, cuddle your baby whenever you need to throughout the class.
